high intensity, interval training (HIIT) workout sessions
in a motivating, music-pumping, modern-industrial themed space.
WHO CAN SHED?
SweatShed is open to all fitness levels. Our Shed Masters ensure you get an effective full-body workout by incorporating a variety of workout equipment and exercises into each 50 minute session. SweatShed is included in All Crunch memberships only.
WHERE DO I SHED?
SweatShed classes are currently offered in studios across three Crunch Gyms in NYC and can be booked through the Crunch App or on Crunch.com.
HOW DOES SHED WORK?
You'll get that extra push by partnering up with fellow Shedders to help increase motivation through your workout.
