If at any time your eligibility ends with Silver&Fit®, Crunch will never switch your membership to a dues-paying membership without your consent.

What do I need to bring with me to enroll?

To enroll, you will just need to bring your photo ID and your 8-digit Fitness ID from your health insurance that proves eligibility. How do the credits work?

Where can I register?

To register, your company must offer Gympass as a benefit to its employees. Follow these steps once your company's HR forwards your information to Gympass:

  • Download the Gympass app and click on "Sign up for free."
  • Select your employer.
  • Enter your corporate email address and the requested information, then click "Continue."
  • Input the verification code sent to your email address.
  • Create your password to complete your registration.

How do I enroll?

To activate a Gympass plan, you must first register and then follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Gympass app.
  • Choose a plan and click on "Activate a plan" or "Get plan."
  • Submit your payment information and select "Subscribe."
  • Click on "Start my plan," and you're all set!

You will be billed monthly on the same date you activate your plan, and it's not possible to change the billing date.

What do I need to bring with me to Check-in?

To check-in at Crunch, you must have the Gympass app downloaded on your mobile device. Additionally, the Crunch location of your choice must be registered via your Gympass app. Once registered, simply present your 13-digit Gympass barcode to a Crunch Team Member for check-in.

Where can I sign up? Why can’t I join online?

Enrollment through the Prime® Fitness program is exclusively available in-club. Our Crunch Team Members are here to assist you in initiating your membership with your 16-digit ID number. Additionally, our team will help you set up our Crunch Digital app to enhance your Crunch experience.

If I want to access services like HIITZone, HydroMassage® and Tanning, do I need to upgrade my membership?

Our HIITZone, HydroMassage®, and Tanning services are highly popular at Crunch. Prime® Fitness members can discuss membership upgrade options with a Crunch Team Member at their local club to gain access to these services.
