Protein Balls

This easy, keto-friendly protein balls recipe comes from Crunch's Chief of Staff Alexis Stuts. 

1 batch makes 2 dozen 1 ½ inch balls.

Serving size – 1 ball as a small snack.

 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup peanut or almond butter 

1/2 cup honey

3 scoops protein powder (we used chocolate flavored powder)

1/2 cup unsweetened/dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Mix nut butter, honey, and protein powder in food processor until dough-like texture achieved

2) Add in dark chocolate chips and mix until consistent

3) Refrigerate 15 minutes. Roll into balls. Refrigerate until served
