Company pays Crunch directly:

  • Enrollment & processing fees waived; lowest monthly rates;
    no annual fees.
  • Memberships can be month-to-month or paid-in-full.
  • Company billing is kept on file for monthly dues.
  • Company can subsidize or payroll deduct membership cost
  • Must have 10 minimum enrollments
  • Current members can convert right away
  • Family/domestic partners can be included in payroll program or
    employees can pay separately.
  • Employer approves all employees enrolled
  • Flyers and on-site enrollment available

COMPANY EMPLOYEE PROGRAM

Employee pays Crunch directly:

  • Enrollment and processing fees waived
  • Annual fee of $39.99 due after 60 days
  • Must have 10 minimum new enrollments
    Must have 10 new enrollments to reduce fees of current employees.
    Offer valid for family/domestic partners living at same address.
    Memberships can be month-to-month or paid-in-full.
  • Employee must have proof of employment
    Flyers and on-site enrollments available
