Company pays Crunch directly:
- Enrollment & processing fees waived; lowest monthly rates;
no annual fees. - Memberships can be month-to-month or paid-in-full.
- Company billing is kept on file for monthly dues.
- Company can subsidize or payroll deduct membership cost
- Must have 10 minimum enrollments
- Current members can convert right away
- Family/domestic partners can be included in payroll program or
employees can pay separately. - Employer approves all employees enrolled
- Flyers and on-site enrollment available
COMPANY EMPLOYEE PROGRAM
Employee pays Crunch directly:
- Enrollment and processing fees waived
- Annual fee of $39.99 due after 60 days
- Must have 10 minimum new enrollments
Must have 10 new enrollments to reduce fees of current employees.
Offer valid for family/domestic partners living at same address.
Memberships can be month-to-month or paid-in-full. - Employee must have proof of employment
